How 'bout getting some credible information from a credible source instead of putting fear into everyone about every vaccine known to man??? As one of the immunocompromised people you are apparently unaware of, I'm directly affected by the arrogance, ignorance, and selfishness of you and people like you. Your idiocy could cause me to contract a life-threatening or fatal illness. I'm actually sympathetic to the (misguided) fears some parents have about vaccination -- but your smug recklessness is just breathtaking.

What is thimerosal?
Thimerosal is a very effective preservative that has been used since the 1930s to prevent contamination in some multi-dose vials of vaccines (preservatives are not required for vaccines in single dose vials). Thimerosal contains approximately 49% ethylmercury. There is no convincing evidence of harm caused by the low doses of thimerosal in vaccines, except for minor reactions like redness and swelling at the injection site.
Today, all routinely recommended licensed pediatric vaccines that are currently being manufactured for the U.S. market, with the exception of influenza vaccine, contain no thimerosal or only trace amounts. Thimerosal preservative-free influenza vaccines are available, but in limited quantities. The total amount of inactivated influenza vaccine available without thimerosal as a preservative will continue to increase as manufacturing capabilities are expanded.
Does the influenza vaccine contain thimerosal?
Yes, the majority of influenza vaccines distributed in the United States currently contain thimerosal as a preservative. However, some contain only trace amounts of thimerosal and are considered by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to be preservative-free. Manufacturers of preservative-free flu vaccine use thimerosal early in the manufacturing process. The thimerosal gets diluted as the vaccine goes through the steps in processing. By the end of the manufacturing process there is not enough thimerosal left in the vaccine to act as a preservative and the vaccine is labeled "preservative-free".

I doubt I'm putting fear into anyone. Most people are smart enough -- or should be smart enough -- to do some investigative work before allowing a witch's brew of toxic chemicals to be injected into their veins, or into the veins of their children.
I don't have to prove vaccines aren't safe — vaccine-makers have to prove they are safe. And to my satisfaction, and to the satisfaction of millions of other parents, that hasn't been proven.
It's hard to tell what part of your comment is original content, and what you pasted in from some other source. It's fine with me if you buy into the medical propaganda. Just stay away from my child with your needles.
"No convincing evidence" that mercury is toxic? Then why does the U.S. Geological Survey have page after page at their website about the danger of mercury?
Yes, I know the U.S. Dept of HHS says that ethylmercury in vaccines is safe and it's methylmercury in the environment that isn't.
Then why has thimerosol been removed from many, but not all, vaccines? Why have their been congressional hearings about thimerosol's possible causative factor in autism?
Why has K. Paul Stoller, MD, written so much against mercury-laced vaccines?
Why are thousands of New York State health care workers refusing to obey government mandates that they receive seasonal flu and H1N1 vaccines, even if they are fired for doing so?
